Cubby 91

Cubby 91 is built in a factory environment by combining six modules side by side and completed with all details from utilities to built-in furniture and from lighting to vitrified elements. All the basic and infrastructure connections are completed within 1 day as well as the turnkey delivery. In modules with steel construction carrier system, aluminum joinery with wood coating and partial composite panel are used as facade material. Glass surfaces safety is ensured by the sliding wooden panel in front of the windows.

The entrance door opens to a 29m² large living area with an open kitchen. There are two wardrobes positioned symmetrically on the left and right sides of the door. The island counter and kitchen table increase the functionality of the kitchen, while separating the living room and the kitchen. The living area is located in the center of the building. master and child bedrooms are divided into two sections, each one is accessed through different corridors from the living area. In the parent section, there is a bedroom, clothing room and its own bathroom. There are two rooms in the children's section. Depending on preference, these two rooms can be combined to create a large room. There is also a general bathroom in this area
