Cubby 78 consist of a side by side combination of two modules that are 3.20mx12.20m in size. In modules with steel construction carrier system, aluminum joinery with composite panel coating is used as facade material.
The areas designed in 3 + 1 concept satisfy all the needs expected from a 4-person house.
Nature Friendly
The house with a total area of 78m²; While it consists of a living room, a kitchen, a master bedroom, two children's rooms, a bathroom and a utilities room, it has a veranda at the entrance and a large terrace in front of the hall.
Green Environment
There is also a section for the washing machine within the bathroom area. All doors are designed with a sliding door system maximizing the area usage efficiency.
