Cubby 45

Cubby 45 consists of a single module, which is 3.5mx13m in size, with all the functions of a residence. Cubby is built in a factory environment and completed with all the details from installation to built-in furniture and from lighting to vitrified elements. All the basic and infrastructure connections are completed within 1 day as well as the turnkey delivery. In modules with steel construction carrier system, aluminum joinery with composite panel coating is used as facade material. All the glass surfaces are closed with the composite panel shutters forming the facade and ensuring the safety of the building.

Decorated in a minimalistic style in 1 + 1 open kitchen concept, Cubby 45 with its simple and ergonomic materials offers a spacious living space without compromising aesthetics.

Nature Friendly

The module includes a living area with an open kitchen, double bedroom, workspace, and a bathroom. In the bathroom, there is a large shower area, bowl sink, washing machine and toilet bowl.

Green Environment

In addition, it has a large storage that can satisfy all the residence needs. All doors are designed with a sliding door system maximizing the area usage efficiency.
